The role:
Reporting to the Lead People & Culture, the Recruitment Manager role will implement an in-house recruitment function which attracts talent to National Hauora Coalition to grow capabilities aligned to our moemoea and strategy. This role will be kaitiaki of our future leaders and kaimahi and ensure we deliver better outcomes to whanau. You will be required to implement recruitment processes, policies and systems, developing and implementing an attraction strategy that grows capability in NHC for the future.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment specialist and leader who is looking to test their skills by setting up an in-house recruitment function for NHC. You will be passionate not only about recruitment but also being a kaitiaki of our future kaimahi and the growth of a competent hauora Maori workforce. The role will require someone with skills in project management, change management, facilitation and implementation of systems and processes.
Desired experience:
Experience with implementation of an organisational attraction strategy
Experience with implementation of Recruitment or Application Tracking software
Multimedia recruitment and campaign management
12+ years in a recruitment function
Project management skills for leading the different streams of work
Knowledge of NZ employment legislation
Remuneration & recruitment market knowledge
Confident engaging with Maori and iwi and Maori organisations
Highly developed communication skills with an empathetic and approachable nature
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
