This role will be kaitiaki of our future leaders and kaimahi and ensure we deliver better outcomes to whanau. You will be required to implement recruitment processes, policies and systems, developing and implementing an attraction strategy that grows capability in NHC for the future.About you:We are looking for an experienced Recruitment specialist and leader who is looking to test their skills by setting up an in-house recruitment for function for NHC. You will be passionate not only about recruitment but also being a kaitiaki of our future kaimahi and the growth of a competent hauora Maori workforce.
