Qualifications for Recruitment Coordinator:

Prior experience in an HR function to support the senior manager.

A bachelor's degree in human resources.

Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.

High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
