At Stellar, we boast a robust and established candidate database. Our team not only possesses profound industry knowledge but also encourages fresh ideas to drive success in this role.Working closely with our Build Trades team, your responsibilities will include:Onboarding | Facilitating the onboarding process for migrant contractors arriving in New ZealandCandidate Management | Developing connections with candidates, sustaining continuous communication throughout their tenure, and handling underperformance by offering guidance and support to assist field staff in meeting performance standards.Recruitment Support | Assisting in advert posting, candidate screening, and reference checksAdministrative Tasks | Managing timesheets, generating reports, and handling ad hoc dutiesTravel | Regularly visiting candidates and clients, ensuring smooth operations across sitesAbout You: We're seeking a highly motivated team player who is goal-oriented and committed to delivering results. If you're passionate about forging lasting connections and nurturing relationships, this could be the perfect fit. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a relevant industry, coupled with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
