About The Company
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to support the HR/Recruitment team as they conduct a high volume recruitment project for a Technology company based in Parnell.
Offering school friendly hours of 10am-2pm, and hybrid working and a collaborative team environment.
You will work with talented, collaborative, and driven people that work at pace and hold the customer at the heart of all that they do.
About The Role
This is a part-time temp role starting ASAP, based in Parnell. Hours are 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday for that work/life balance!
We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator to support our client in their recruitment activities.
Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:
Efficiently manage and schedule interviews between hiring managers, agencies, and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
Actively follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on interviews and promptly communicate updates to candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Uploading CVs and relevant documents to BambooHR.
Perform various administrative tasks to support the recruitment process.
About You
Ideally seeking someone with previous administrative or coordination experience in recruitment or HR. Candidates with proven extensive administrative experience who are looking to transition into recruitment are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong candidate management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
Great attention to detail.
You will be a proactive individual, capable of quickly delivering high volumes of quality work while also being flexible and responsive to incoming requests.
