As an experienced recruiter or proven sales professional, you'll be the key player in a large team providing our loyal clients with effective staffing solutions.
Your sales background will be crucial as you build and nurture relationships with new and existing national clients, ensuring they receive our award-winning service and support in meeting their recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities include Utilise your sales skills to grow and maintain a warm desk, leveraging existing relationships whilst actively seeking new business opportunities.
As these are 360 recruitment roles, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial client consultations to final placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
National account management and candidate engagement What we're looking for: A minimum of two years proven experience in recruitment with a strong sales background.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a team player attitude.
