You will achieve this by maintaining existing client relationships as well as undertaking business development activities to generate new client wins.
You are accountable to deliver recruitment services to clients ensuring Manpower attracts and selects the market's best candidates by matching the skills of appropriately qualified and suitable candidates to fill relevant vacancies.
Your Background In order to be considered for this amazing opportunity you should have: 3-5 years experience running a 360-recruitment desk Sales and client relationship management experience Strong understanding of HSEQ principles Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team environment and take accountability for their actions Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality is presented to our clients Professional and strong communication skills-written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationships You will be ambitious, honest, resilient and a go getter not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients, enjoy sales activities and chasing down that next placement and job to fill If you like the idea of living and working in Australia, we want to hear from you!
