Responsibilities: Client relationship management: build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
Providing permanent and temporary staff to clients.
Finding suitable candidates to match the needs of clients' staffing requirements.
Advertising job vacancies, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Sourcing the right candidates with the correct skill set and experience for the required position.
Day-to-day management of candidates, including timesheet management and a range of administration tasks.
Maintain personnel records and information.
Arrange induction of staff and provide information on conditions of service.
Conflict and issue resolution to sort any problems which arise.

What do we need from you?
Prior recruitment experience would be a bonus but is not essential.
