Here, we value productivity over clock-watching, treating everyone as responsible adults focused on achieving our goals.About yourself:If you've got at least 3-5 years of end-to-end internal recruitment experience, especially in the tech industry, we're looking for you!You'll be leading the full recruitment cycle from start to finish, which means we're looking for both great customer service and close attention to detail, diligence, and follow-through.Ideally you'll have experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior level recruiting and globally dispersed teams.You'll pick things up quickly if you've had experience using multiple ATSs, and if you've got Workday under your belt, even better.You'll have navigated complex organisations with both professionalism and pace.
Being able to prioritise like a pro and influence stakeholders is key.We need someone who can go beyond the usual "post and pray" approach.
