The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who: Enjoys connecting with people, to understand their needs and building exceptional relationships Will step out of the comfort zone to build the branch results through business-to-business sales Can multi-task and balance priorities along with maintaining and managing our commitment to the Health and Safety of our staff Day-to-day you will be: Securing new clients through phone calls and by visiting businesses face-to-face Building and forging relationships with existing clients Ensuring employees' skills and experience match job requirements Ensuring daily compliance within proven operating systems What can we offer you?
