We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our fun and collaborative People and Culture Team, and drive recruitment outcomes across the business.The Recruitment Consultant will work collaboratively with hiring managers across the organisation to support end-to-end recruitment, and actively upskill them for the future. This is a hands-on role in a busy, dynamic organisation with plenty of variety.ResponsibilitiesEnd to end recruitment activitiesWork collaboratively with hiring managersDevelop and deliver recruitment resources and trainingCyclical and ad hoc recruitment reportingDevelop and maintain candidate poolsActive candidate sourcing for high priority rolesAbout YouYou are a positive, down to earth, and collaborative team player who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders and are passionate about influencing and upskilling them to build recruitment capability in teams.
