We have the opportunity for you to join Hays in two of our entry-level recruitment roles where you will be supported and set up for success. Resourcer:
You will be partnering with experienced recruiters focusing on sourcing quality candidates for high-volume roles. This will include: Assessing applications and conducting thorough interviews reviewing candidates' skills, behaviours, and experience to match them to appropriate jobs
Completing onboarding & compliance including reference checks, medical bookings and background checks
Payroll duties, reporting and general ad hoc administrative duties
Building and maintaining candidate pools for current and future demand
Associate Consultant: You will be working in a team focusing on a specialist industry where you will create genuine relationships with clients, providing solutions for their recruitment needs. This will include; Identifying and developing new business within your industry through lead generation, sales calls, and networking
Partner with candidates to understand their skills, experience and career aspirations to match them with appropriate opportunities
Manage the complete recruitment process from job brief, advertising, sourcing, interviewing through to matching candidates and managing feedback
Collaborate within your team and wider business to provide outstanding service and live our Hays values

Ideally, you will have sales experience, but you don't need experience in recruitment, just the ambition to succeed.
