Recruitment/ Candidate Resourcer

Extrastaff is looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate resourcer to join their award-winning Auckland team. This is an entry level position which offers training and mentorship to start a career in a fast moving, fun and rewarding industry. You will be working alongside a team of four friendly consultants and play a key part in our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Post adverts on various online platforms

Handle social media accounts

CV screening and arrange interviews

Data entry

Form part of a team working towards goals and setting new records in the industry

Minimum Requirements:

Available Monday to Friday full time

Great communication skills and a passion for working with people

Eagerness to learn and to be successful

Excellent administration skills
