Ample free neighbourhood parking Income protection EAP services Mo tenei turanga mahi | About the role We'relooking for an experienced Recruiter to join our supportive and friendly teamto deliver high quality Recruitment advice and support to managers across theWise Group. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead you'll manage your own portfolio,supporting Wise Group entities to ensure we secure the best talent across themental health and addiction sector. Some of your responsibilities will include: Partnering closely with hiring managers supporting the end to end recruitment process via our Applicant Tracking System – Cornerstone Providing sound advice, support and administration across all recruitment preparation activities including: writing job ads, creating application and recruitment workflows, liaising with candidates, arranging assessments and providing interview guides Proactively seeking and attracting the best talent and keeping up to date with Recruitment Best practices. Support and coordination to ensure pre-employment documentation is processed in a timely manner Advocating and championing diversity and inclusion strategies, and a Te Ao Maori worldview into all recruitment practices, documentation and processes. Supporting the P&C team to undertake job sizing evaluations and PD reviews and other People and Culture related projects You'll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the flexibilityto work from both home and the office. Our office is based in Hamilton East.
