You'll join our busy internal recruitment team based across the country – Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Alexandra.

He angitutanga: About the Role Our Recruitment Advisors manage end to end recruitment supporting leaders with recruitment advertising, sourcing and best practice advice to achieve great talent outcomes.
You will be working with Senior Recruitment Advisors in delivering recruitment support to hiring managers across operational, technical and corporate disciplines.
Day to day you will prepare recruitment advertising, shortlist candidates, prepare interviews and provide excellent candidate care.
You'll connect with people all over Aotearoa and learn about conservation mahi.
The role is fast paced and varied.
He korero mou: What we are looking for You will be professional and energetic with proven experience in stakeholder and candidate management, ideally in-house.
Experience managing end to end recruitment with a focus on providing a high level of candidate care would be ideal for this role.
You will be able to hit the ground running and adept at balancing a varied and demanding workload, providing hands on support to your hiring managers and recruitment colleagues.
Ideally you will have: * Strong recruitment skills and knowledge * Great time management and the ability to prioritise and juggle competing tasks * Excellent communication skills and ability to create long lasting relationships * Decisive and action orientated you can thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced role * A great team player and positive mindset * The adaptability to turn your hand to any task that comes up * A passion for Te Papa Atawhai's Kaupapa is essential as well as understanding of Maori Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

The salary range for this position is $79,655 to $100,639 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory – this includes holding a valid work visa that covers the whole period of employment.
