In this multifaceted role, you will have plenty of opportunities to make a real impact with clients and candidates alike.
You will be involved in leading the end-to-end search and recruitment strategies and processes from business development, candidate screening, ongoing client and candidate engagement through to successful appointment processes and follow on.

It is critical that you bring commercial smarts and an established understanding of the functionality of a wide variety of roles and sectors.We need someone with EQ, interpersonal skills and the ability to operate with real tact and discretion.
There is an admin element in everything you do; you must be happy to roll up your sleeves across your workflows.
You will be good at getting out and interacting with our clients to build solid and lasting relationships and you'll be just as comfy in a one-on-one interview with a candidate.
Connections and a professional network across Hawke's Bay will be highly regarded.
You will be degree qualified in a relevant field and ideally bring hands-on experience leading or supporting search and talent strategies and running end-to-end recruitment processes.
You'll be highly competent using MS office products, socials, software/website packages and CRMs, and your communication skills will be outstanding.If you are starting out in your recruitment career, or if your skills are well honed after many years in the industry, we are keen to hear from you.
This role is to provide parental leave cover through to August 2025 however, there could be a career pathway here for the future.
