About the Role In this role, you'll partner with managers across LIC to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, helping to attract the best talent for a variety of roles, from corporate functions to on-farm positions.
You'll coach and educate managers, enhance recruitment processes, and deliver innovative solutions to build strong talent pipelines.
Your Key Focus Areas: Partner with new managers to guide them through the recruitment process.Deliver engaging recruitment training sessions for managers.Source top talent through job boards, social media, universities, and more.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.Drive improvements in LIC's recruitment strategies and systems.Provide insightful recruiting reports and metrics.Stay ahead of recruiting trends to keep us competitive.About You
You're a natural relationship-builder with recruitment experience from agency, in-house, or RPO settings.
You're confident navigating the full recruitment cycle, sourcing for a wide range of roles, and finding creative solutions to talent challenges.
You'll Bring: Expertise in conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based).Experience with diverse selection methods (e.g., video interviews, assessments).Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.Proven success in talent mapping, pipeline building, and proactive talent pooling.Familiarity with ATS and HR systems, with bonus points for implementation experience.Why LIC?
