As a member of the administration team, you will arrange referrals, set up supports and communicate with the providers on behalf of our Recovery teams. Some of the variety of tasks you could complete are:
Actioning requests for accommodation and transport to maximise client independenceArranging support services, mobility aids, and equipmentLiaising with our providers to arrange important client assessmentsSourcing medical notes from healthcare practitionersRespond to any official information requestsThis is a key role as you are providing the mechanisms which ensure our clients receive effective rehabilitation and subsequent return to independence.
Mou | About you
You may currently be an administrator, working in customer focused or hospitality industry looking to further develop your career. Our client base is varied so we are keen to ensure that we represent our communities.
Attention to detail in handling customer informationGreat communication skills (verbal and written) as you will be working across teams and functionsA can-do attitude - someone who is always keen to get stuck in and do the mahiA keen problem solver - you will be a forward thinker and look to be proactive in finding solutions when you face challengesTech savvy - you will be able to operate effectively in a digital environment with a wide range of technology systems and toolsExperience working in an administration role would be advantageous, but not compulsoryRa Katinga | Applications close
