About the Role The Recoveries Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Recovery Specialists and to drive team performance by providing leadership, development, coaching and embedding a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities People management for a team of 8 across Australia and the Philippines, including coaching, development plans, leave management and performance management Manage and record team productivity to achieve agreed targets Develop great team partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including insurers and law firms Use data and metrics to identify opportunities to develop and enhance procedural performance About You You are a positive, confident people leader who enjoys giving new things a go and leading from the front.
