We are looking for a Reconstruction Operator to join the Reconstruction Team at New Zealand's Aluminium Smelter. Every hour of every shift, your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. We do the work only if it is safe, and we invest to make sure every member of the team has the quality tools they need to do their job.
Joining our Tiwai whanau as a Reconstruction Operator, you'll report to our Crew Leader and Superintendent of the Reconstruction Department. This position will operate on our Roster 7 shift, working 4×12 hour days followed by 4 days off.
You'll follow a structured process to optimise and minimise overall business costs. With a demonstrated commitment to improving safety, cost and productivity, responsibilities include:

To be successfully considered, you'll have:
