As our Receptionist / Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our branch. From managing front desk reception to providing essential administrative and sales support to our New Trucks Sales team, you'll be the friendly face greeting our customers and ensuring their enquires are promptly addressed. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, taking charge of daily tasks to ensure our branch runs seamlessly and our customers leave impressed. To excel in this role, you will need to be self – starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering on promises will set you apart. Time management will be second nature to you. As you juggle various responsibilities while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience in sales support role or the automotive industry is advantageous, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and can-do attitude.
