As the face of Fulton Hogan's Auckland corporate office, you'll be based at our front desk and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, anticipate the needs of clients and staff, juggle multiple tasks, and have an innate ability to pick things up quickly.
Your resourcefulness and adaptability will enable you to respond swiftly with the right solution when needed, and your good judgement and initiative will be valued.
The role is a full-time position based in a lovely office in Penrose.
Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all visitors upon arrival at reception. Business support, including managing the various meeting rooms on site, booking couriers, travel arrangements, as well as organising catering and producing business documents. Liaising and building relationships with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., IT Support, Facilities Manager, cleaners, event management). Processing supplier invoices and credits, data entry into our finance system, and resolving queries from suppliers, vendors, and staff. We're looking for someone with: Experience in a similar role. Competence in Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in a customer service role. Good planning and organising skills. Excellent communication skills.
