Receptionist / Office Administrator

Are you personable with strong administration skills and a natural ability to ensure visitors coming into a business always feel welcome? Are you looking for a varied role where your contribution to the team will be valued?
S&K Collision Repairs are panel beaters and collision repair experts based in Burnside. They are looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include:
Liaising with customers and scheduling work
Liaising with Insurers
Ordering parts and supplies
Invoicing
General office duties to ensure smooth running of business
Health & Safety (if possible)
First Aid (if possible)
To be successful in the role you will have/be:
An experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in Xero (Desirable but not essential)
Highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasks
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Facebook and ability to troubleshoot IT issues
A team player willing to pitch in and get the job done
Proactive; you will be one step ahead and always on task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
