The opportunity: As our one and only receptionist, you will be the friendly face that our clients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our firm. A typical day will see you assisting our clients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our accountants, payment processing, and other ad hoc administrative duties. As the ultimate "people person," your excellent communication skills, professional demeanour, and friendly personality will make our clients feel at home, whether you interact with them in person, on the phone, or via email. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and organized.Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.Assist with office supply management and inventory control.Other administrative duties as assigned. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong numeracy skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
