Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team! This role is perfect for mums with kids in school, offering flexible hours and a supportive work environment.
Details:
Hours: 15 hours per week, 9:00 AM start (flexible), working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Pay: $27 per hour, paid weekly
Location: In-office position in Petone.
Responsibilities:
General admin and office duties
Basic accounts and payroll tasks using Xero
Social media management (Facebook & LinkedIn)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements:
Familiarity with Xero is essential
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive and positive attitude
