Job Title: Receptionist/PA Location: Petone, New Zealand
Responsibilities: Answering Phone Calls and Emails: As the receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and partners. You'll handle incoming phone calls, people walking in and emails promptly and professionally.
Warranty Machine Paperwork: You'll manage warranty-related paperwork for espresso machines. This includes documenting repairs, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring accurate records.
Communication with Machine Partners: You'll engage in discussions with machine partners via email and over the phone - These conversations might involve some technical details, troubleshooting, or coordinating service appointments which we will teach you.
Inventory Management: Packing and unpacking machines and stock items will be part of your daily routine.
Supporting the Team Leader: You'll collaborate closely with the team leader, assisting with various tasks as needed. This could range from administrative work to helping organize team events etc.
Qualifications and Skills: Customer Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must. You'll interact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues daily, so being friendly, professional, and efficient is key.

Full-Time Availability: The role requires commitment from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
