We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist at Coastal Services Limited.Training will be provided so experience is not necessary. This role will be supporting the administration team and reporting to the Office Manager. The role is critical to the business delivery. Our business and clients are fast-paced and dynamic so high adaptability and a positive can-do attitude is essential. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to return back into the workforce or looking for part-time hours (a minimum of 25 hours per week).Duties will include:Greet clients upon arrivalAnswering telephone and email esquires in a timely mannerData entryManual entry of timesheetsOrdering supplies and stationaryFilingWhat you'll bring to the role:Accurate and precise data entry skills with high attention to detailCompetency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to pick up new systems quicklySelf-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself.
