Multiple reception rolesImmediate startsShort and longer term opportunities About the opportunities: The temporary and contract market is busy and we are after strong Receptionist and Administration candidates to fill a number of roles with interesting organisations.
Roles vary in length from one week to a few months or ongoing.
These positions support busy and supportive teams; we love people who are team players and can juggle priorities.
Typical duties include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering calls and directing queriesProvide administrative support to a team Formatting documentsAttending and participating in team meetingsBooking appointments and managing diaries Updating and maintaining client databasesAd-hoc project supportAbout you: We are looking for someone who has strong administration and support experience, proficient with systems and databases and can communicate well at all levels.
You will have a high level of personal presentation and enjoy being on the frontline of the business in a reception capacity.
