Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team at Taylor Dental Practice based at our New Plymouth practice. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours).

Specific duties include: Greeting all patients to the practice providing a warm and welcoming first impression
Confidently taking phone calls and dealing with any patient queries
Working with the reception team to ensure appointments are booked accurately
Ensuring all incoming and outgoing lab work is processed in a timely manner
Completing reception and administration tasks

For this role, the ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience: At least 3 years relevant experience
A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
Ability to multi-task in a busy workplace and to prioritise workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Exact Dental Software would be an advantage
Sound computer skills and the ability to pick up new programmes quickly
Well-presented and a good communicator
Attention to detail
