The suitably qualified applicant will:
Present an image of welcome for all visitors to the school.
Handle all telephone and email enquiries professionally and redirect calls/emails to the appropriate staff member.
Assist with the preparation of internal and external publications.
Assist with the coordination of school functions and events.
Complete electronic filing/scanning of all records related to enrolment.
Ensure a tidy and professional presentation of the foyer and administration area.
Provide administrative support in order to ensure an effective and efficient administration office.
Assist to schedule appointments for staff.
Fulfil the role for emergency procedures as outlined in the Emergency Management Plan.
Maintain student health information displays, medical action plans and the administration of medication as per school policy.
Carry out the duties for First Aid including but not limited to, managing the sickbay, ensuring all first aid kits are stocked to WorkCover specifications and the First Aid room is maintained appropriately as per school policy.
Manage the visitor attendance register and ensure compliance with family access, court orders and duty of care obligations.
