About You You will be immaculately presentedAn interest in the health and fitness industryExceptional communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrated experience (minimum 12 months) in a reception, member concierge or similar role.Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours a weekIt is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player.Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer serviceFlexibility to work a seven day rosterExceptional written and verbal communication skillsKey Skills Highly organised and methodicalAbility to juggle priorities and be able to think on your feetAbility to prioritise tasks on the runAbility to build a rapport with clientsFirst Aid/CPR Certificate is desirableThis position is very diverse with a requirement to understand and keep up to date with everything that's going on in the Club at any given time. You must have at least 12 months experience in a 5 star service delivery position and be adaptable, flexible and able to think on your feet.
