Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and working as part of a team, you will bring a flexible, customer-focused approach to your role, which will be responsible for:All reception duties including meeting and greeting and telephoneUpdating patient arrivals and departures in the Patient Management SystemPreparing patient charts and packs (labels etc.) for all outpatient and procedure room attendancesProcessing all outpatient follow-ups and other tasks associated with patient contacts such as reminders, cancellations, and reschedulingTeam support – assisting team members to meet the objectives of the Service.This is a part-time position based at Middlemore Hospital, working 24 hours a week Monday to Wednesday, 8 hours per day, with negotiable hours of work.You will have exceptional computer skills and personal qualities that enable you to work effectively in a complex and changing environment. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to set priorities and manage your time effectively.
