We're looking for an incredible Receptionist/Front of House Assistant that is passionate about customer service.
You will host our clients and other guests for various in-house events.
You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent hosting skills coupled with a second to none service attitude when it comes to dealing with our guests.
You'll remember their names and perhaps even the coffee they drink!
Your goal is to ensure our guests receive a positive Bell Gully experience each and every time they come into our offices.
Your key responsibilities include: Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment Ensuring the client areas are presented to the highest standard at all times Arranging refreshments and catering for meetings, clients and events Managing meeting room bookings Creating spaces daily for specific events, examples; - changing a meeting room into a classroom style for with lunch or maybe changing the lounge into a dining space Ordering stock and reconciling invoices.
IT support, troubleshooting and set up for our video calls and seminars.
Floor fire warden and first aid duties You will have: Previous experience in the hospitality industry or reception.
The ability to work in a busy environment and deal with constant interruptions and changes of duties.
Competence with IT and AV systems.
Organisation and prioritising skills.
A professional, courteous and pleasant manner.
Commitment to a high level of client service.
Capacity to work independently, quietly and efficiently, with a minimum level of supervision.
As well it will be necessary to work as a flexible and co-operative team member.
Professional presentation.
