We're seeking passionate receptionists to join our dedicated clerical team in the Emergency Department (ED) at Waikato Hospital!
About the ServiceThe ED Clerical team is committed to collectively delivering a quality, safe and accurate service along with treating all patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

About youWe're looking for candidates who possess: Previous experience as a receptionist or in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to excellence and integrity in all interactions.A proactive approach to personal responsibility and well-being.The ability to handle shift work with stamina and enthusiasm.Outstanding customer service skills.Experience in upholding Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
