Job Description
You will be required to assist with general hotel, guest and staff enquiries on a daily basis. Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the Front Office department while providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors of the hotel.

Qualifications

Have the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster

Excellent time management and communication skills

Have a calm and professional demeanour in all instances

Managers certificate is required
