Summerset Aotea is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join the team on a casual contract basis!

Our Receptionist is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing efficient and timely administration, management support and document control to both the Village and Care CentreSuperb customer service at reception for our residents and familiesThis is a casual contract working on and 'if and when required' basis. Qualifications
About You:
You will be a customer service superstar with a strong background in administration roles. To be successful you will bring:
Proven abilities in providing administrative support to a management teamAttention to detail, accuracy and time managementSomeone who is able to work independently and take initiativeA strong communicator with people from all walks of life
