We are looking for a highly organised, people-loving Reception Lead to join our team. This is primarily a reception-focused role with the added responsibility of assisting with managing and supporting a high-performing reception team. It's also an opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping those in need on their journey to recovery and better health. Key Responsibilities: Lead front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for individuals seeking care and support.Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training new reception staffFoster a positive and productive environment within the reception team.Oversee daily clinic operations, including managing the clinical diary, stock levels and supplies.Assist with product placement and online store ordering.Continuously seek ways to enhance patient experiences and the clinic's overall service.Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure seamless clinic performance.What We're Looking For: A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail.At least 4 years experience in a reception/customer facing role.A people lover who thrives on delivering exceptional service and creating positive patient experiences.Someone who finds fulfillment in making a difference and helping those in need.Experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare setting.Strong people management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team to perform at a high level.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
