NELSON TECHNICAL INSTITUTE Ltd | Listed 3 days agoJob ListingLocation: Nelson, Nelson / TasmanJob Type: PermanentDescriptionWe are looking for a high energy, self-motivated, empathetic Receptionist/Administrator who can provide a professional first point of contact, administration support, and office environment maintenance, as well as contribute to the wider NTI team.Your experience in all aspects of reception, managing priorities, meeting deadlines, word processing, data entry, and a willingness to go the extra mile in an ever-changing environment will be essential.You should demonstrate a proven ability to manage and develop processes, possess a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, excellent time management, and computer literacy skills, along with a performance-driven and 'can do' attitude.Experience in database entry is advantageous, and knowledge of the education sector would provide an edge.If you enjoy a challenging, varied role, relate well to all types of people, and take pride in providing a professional administrative service, then this role is for you.Full training in our systems is provided, as this is an entry-level admin position for 20 hours per week.A driver's license will be required.Applications close 15th January 2025.
