Kuripuni Medical Centre has an opportunity for a  Part Time Medical Receptionist / Administrator. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service as an administrator or receptionist. About us We are a small friendly family general practice with a big heart. Our team provide a top level of care and attention to our local population. This position would ideally suit a person who has:  Previous administration and reception experienceExceptional customer services experience and a passion to help people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience with a patient management system (preferred, but not essential) Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task Able to work from 1pm to 5pm – Mon to Friday - 20 hours per weekFlexible with the ability to cover at short notice, and cover planned leaveKey Responsibilities:  Welcoming all patients and visitors to the practice  Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments Dealing with phone and email enquiries  Invoicing and Eftpos transactions  Updating patient details, registering patients to the practice, transferring patient notes, scanning and updating patient records.
