This is a Monday - Friday role working between 8.00am - 4.45pm.This varied role will see you greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner whilst also managing the front desk. You will successfully build and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff members as well as a number of external suppliers. This role will have you thinking outside the box to deliver the right outcomes for our people.Other responsibilities include:Running errands and taking pool cars for servicing/WOFs etc.Ordering and maintaining stationery and business supplies.Maintaining and responding to the Property and Facilities email inbox.Registering and organising external contractors, including coordinating repairs for our sites.A bit about you:You enjoy interacting with people at all levels and you are focused on delivering on our purpose of 'we care, we help, and we get things sorted'. In addition, you have enthusiasm, drive, and an openness to change.
