Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors at the front desk. Managing Calls: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry. Customer Service: Providing information and assistance to clients and addressing inquiries or concerns. Office Supplies Management: Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when needed. Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Budget Management: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monitoring expenditures. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations, preparing tax returns. Auditing Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improved financial performance. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Receiving Goods: Checking and processing incoming stock deliveries for accuracy and quality. Organizing Stock: Sorting and organizing products in the storage area for easy access and inventory control. Reporting: Keeping detailed records of stock levels and reporting on inventory turnover and trends. Assisting in Stocktaking: Participating in regular stocktaking and assisting in audits as needed.  Â
