The Real Time Business Analyst helps to deliver enhanced customer experiences using Auckland Transport's real-time information, influencing our strategy and design of real-time wayfinding and customer information.
This role will build and operate test plans to validate data feeding the real-time system to improve the accuracy and reliability of information.
It will Identify future opportunities for investment in real-time infrastructure using customer insights, expected urban growth and development data and work closely with Customer Experience (CX) product owners, experience owners and project delivery managers to support the growth and development of real-time information and its utilisation across our products.
Te Whiwhinga mahi?- The Opportunity Provide guidance to large infrastructure projects with recommended specifications for installation of new live departure screens at bus, train and ferry stops.
Live departure screens are also known as PIDs - Passenger Information Displays.
There are over 900 of these on the AT network.Sign off newly installed real-time PIDs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using remote software.Develop and run test scripts and SQL queries on public transport data feeding the Real-Time environment.
Document test results, report bugs and re-test data.Specify, build, and run reports on real-time public transport prediction accuracy to collaborate with developers and influence the continuous improvement of AT's prediction engine.Collaborate with the customer insights team to develop robust customer experience metrics to track satisfaction with real-time information.Ko koe tenei | About youecific Experience Minimum: Tertiary qualification in Business/Social Science or IT or equivalent industry experience.Project and/or programme management qualifications such as Prince2, PMPA current and valid NZ Driver's Licence Role5-7years' experience in a Business Analyst roleExperience in Real Time system support in industry sectors such as Public Transport, Airlines, Freight.Experience with Real Time data capture, analytics and reporting Ko wai matou?| About us?&?Nou te rourou - What's in it for you?
