Duties and responsibilities will include: Assist the Vendors/Landlords to sell/lease their property/premises Conduct and collect required AML documentation Conduct diligent research on the respective property Present offers and negotiate terms with related parties Prepare related documents and agreements Provide CMA, PIM and Vendor Reports Obtain Title Copy and other relevant documents Be familiar with the Code of Conduct 2012 Be present for all viewings and arrange open homes Resolve any issues that may arise either from the listing or selling side Ensure document details are updated, correct and with proper signatures Our ideal applicant will: Be passionate and proficient in the New Zealand property market Have completed the REAA salesperson's license Have experience in a cold-calling sales environment Be computer literate Be motivated, proactive, honest, and able to work independently Have your own vehicle and full driver's license Have a strong and reliable work ethic Display proficient communication skills Although preference is given to candidates with real estate experience, we welcome individuals with a background in cold-calling, sales or marketing and keen to undergo a course to obtain a Real Estate License.
