Ray White Ferrymead are passionate about helping people and families to make smart decisions and turn their property dreams into realities. To assist with this, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager for their Christchurch operation.
With a proven history and reputation around the Bays, your role as Sales Manager will include the management of the Sales Team, including but not limited to:
Mentoring, training & development of salespeople
The supervision and development of individual business plans for Salespeople
Prepare, present & facilitate weekly sales meetings
Attend Auctions
Ensure all sections of the listing agreement are completed comprehensively
Recruit new salespeople into the business
Assist with Multi Offers
Provide compliance advice & training to salespeople and their support teams
Attend and participate in the weekly Professional Standards Group meetings
Ensure all forms & documents are kept compliant, updated, user-friendly, and relevant
Review all advertising and marketing for accuracy
You will be supported and valued by a great management team and become an important part of the Ray White Ferrymead and Metro Team. While current (or previous) Real Estate Industry management experience is preferred, consideration will also be given to those currently working in Real Estate with previous management experience in another field.
As you will need to have a good understanding of compliance issues, you will need to have your Real Estate Licence. We would also consider people with a legal background to manage the compliance aspect of the role. A competitive remuneration package is offered based on experience.
