To assist with this, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager for their Christchurch operation.With a proven history and reputation around the Bays, your role as Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of the Sales Team including but not limited to:Mentoring, training & development of salespeopleThe supervision and development of individual business plans for SalespersonsPrepare, present & facilitate weekly sales meetingsAttending AuctionsEnsuring all sections of the listing agreement are completed comprehensivelyRecruiting new salespeople into the businessAssisting with Multi OffersProviding compliance advice & training to salespeople and their support teamsAttend and participate in the weekly Professional Standards Group meetingsEnsuring all forms & documents are kept compliant, updated, user-friendly, and relevantReview all advertising and marketing for accuracyYou will be supported and valued by a great management team and become an important part of the Ray White Ferrymead and Metro Team. While current (or previous) Real Estate Industry management experience is preferred, consideration would also be given to those currently working in Real Estate with previous management experience in another field.As you will need to have a good understanding of compliance issues, you would need to have your Real Estate Licence. We would also consider people with a legal background to manage the compliance aspect of the role.
