An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Door Knocker Salesperson to join Team Lawrence and make a real impact through face-to-face connections and community outreach. This is a full-time door knocking role; you don't need a real estate licence and you will not be selling properties. There will be pathways to join our sales team in the long term if performance is good.
About the Role: As the Door Knocker Salesperson, you'll play a pivotal role in reaching potential clients directly in their homes, introducing them to our services, building relationships, and gathering leads to drive property sales. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in real estate, with a base contractor income of $40,000 + Bonuses. If targets are met, you can earn $90,000+ or even over $120,000+ depending on skill.
Key Responsibilities: Door-to-door outreach in various neighborhoods to build brand awareness and generate leads (Speak to 75 people per day).
Educate homeowners on the advantages of working with Team Lawrence.
Gather and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Meet weekly targets for lead generation and outreach activities (10 in-person appointments booked).
Maintain high energy and a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
Metrics: Speak to 75 people per day.
Book in 10 in-person appointments per week that are selling in the next 6 months.
Collect phone numbers and email addresses.
Add all data to a spreadsheet each day.
Report back on numbers each day & track walking route with Strava running app.
Watch 20 minutes of door knocking or sales training videos each day.

Skilled at making a great first impression and building rapport quickly.
Comfortable working on your own, with excellent time management and planning skills.

What We Offer: Competitive Salary & Bonuses: Base salary of $40,000, with a potential income range of $90,000 to $120,000, depending on performance.
