Millbrook Resort – Queenstown, South Island We have a great opportunity for a Real Estate Administrator with marketing experience to join and support our real estate team.
Overview Set on 650 acres of lush green fairways, rolling hills and gentle streams, Millbrook Resort is an internationally acclaimed, luxury lifestyle resort.
We are seeking an exceptional administrator to support our two real estate agents in the marketing and selling of both existing real estate and future property developments within the renowned Millbrook Resort.
We need a committed self-starter, with high initiative and strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional results every time.
The Role The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for supporting our real estate agents to design, create and implement marketing collateral and campaigns whilst simultaneously playing a vital part in ensuring that they are administratively supported.
We are a collaborative team, delivering high-end bespoke services, which requires strong communication and administration skills.
Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Full time or Part time Success Profile Formal training/qualification in marketing preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions but to also think outside the square.
Strong experience in customer service.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email use and social media channels.
Proficient in the use of databases (Salesforce being our current system).
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
Proficient with back-end website administration and loading documents and listing information to external web hosts such as One Roof, Trademe, Real Estate.co.nz.
Excellent typing skills and experience in creative writing.
Experience in real estate or construction would be useful.
Prioritises tasks to meet deadlines to agreed standards whilst being flexible and adapting to changing demands.
Applies effective systems and checklists to ensure details are not overlooked.
Works autonomously ensuring all tasks are completed on time and accurately.
