Personal Assistant / Office Administrator Position Title: Personal Assistant / Office Administrator Company: Enviroscope Location: Wanaka, New Zealand Position Purpose: We're on the lookout for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment to ensure the smooth running of our Wanaka office.
Main Responsibilities: Support the Enviroscope team with general administration tasks.
Provide daily support to the Director, including project coordination.
Organise staff and client events, meetings, and conferences.
Support the senior team in developing marketing strategies, including advertisements and social media presence.
Assist with employee relations and health and safety compliance.
