About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join and lead our Accounts team, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Penrose Head Office, ideal for enthusiastic professionals eager to expand their skills and grow responsibilities within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead a finance team of three direct reports, fostering collaboration and development. Drive financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Prepare high-level financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Manage cash flow, budget consolidations, audits, and compliance processes. Oversee the accuracy of financial data and ensure timely reporting. Perform in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial metrics. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reports. Present financial forecasts, variance analysis, and P&L reports for Board reviews. Ensure compliance with GST and FBT filings, meeting deadlines accurately. Skills and Requirements: CA or CPA qualification. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in team management and leadership. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
