Coffee Culture Rangiora is a bustling coffee shop with a big reputation for fantastic coffee served by some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.We are looking for an organized, energetic person with proven hospitality experience to join the team as the Assistant Manager.You will need to show your passion for people, commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire others.You'll be a key player leading the team, training, ordering, and giving exceptional service to make sure we deliver an amazing guest experience from the moment the doors open. Extensive training will be provided instore and at HQ.We are passionate about customer service, take pride in our coffee and food presentation, and strive for a positive working environment while following great systems.
